What is your sizing like?

How long does shipping take?

Standard Shipping UK: 2 - 5 working days.
Europe: 3 - 5 working days.
Worldwide: 6 - 7 working days.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Please make sure that all your information is accurate before checking out.
Due to how quickly we process orders, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change incorrect addresses.

INMYJERSEY cannot be held responsible for orders that are sent to addresses that are incorrectly entered.

Can I change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once they are placed due to how quickly we process orders and shipments.
If your order has not be sent out, please email us immediately at info@inmyjersey.com and we would be happy to cancel your order.

If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, the customer will be responsible for return shipping of the items.

Why wasn't my shipping fee refunded?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

I received a damaged item. What do I do?

In the rare case that you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at info@inmyjersey.com within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please include your name, order number and images of the defective item in your email.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologise for any inconvenience on receiving the wrong item (this includes size or colour). Please email us at info@inmyjersey.com with your name, order number and the incorrect item. We will prioritise your order to make sure we take care of you! 

We will reimburse shipping expenses when the receipt is included in the return package.

Will I have to pay Taxes & Duties on top of my order? 

INMYJERSEY is not liable for any customs clearance fees in your country. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing you your country.
