After my very first Nike+ Training Club session, I can honestly say, I'll go to a million more.

These London based sessions are led by Nike trainers that are full of energy. A kind of vibe that you can only find at a Nike+ Training Club session.

These sessions involve workouts consisting of partner drills or weight lifting; in a circuit or HIIT style & an essential warm up activity before the main sesh.

These sessions are completely free on a first come first serve basis (must register beforehand on, for anyone of any ability.

Strength, Endurance or Mobility, the choice is yours.
